Germany  are in Pool C and begin their World Cup campaign against South Africa at 6pm on Saturday 21 July before facing the Argentina on Wednesday 25 July and Spain on Saturday 28 July

Squad Highlights

The team includes ten bronze medallists from the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, including Janne Müller-Wieland, one of the most experienced members of the squad at 31, with almost 270 international appearances. The youngest member of the squad is Lena Micheel, 20, who came to the central training programme in the spring.
