The Indian Women’s Hockey Team slipped one place to finish 10th in the latest FIH rankings, despite claiming a title victory at the FIH Series Finals in Hiroshima.
Their place is taken by Belgium who climbed four stairs up after their fifth place finish at the FIH Pro League 2019.
There is not much of a points difference between the two. Belgium have 1443 points while India have 1445 points.
Netherlands continue to be on the top, followed by Australia (2nd), Argentina (3rd), England (4th) and Germany (5th).
Malaysia have moved two stairs up, thanks to their third place finish at the FIH Series Finals tournament in Banbridge.
Another climber is Canada, moving up from 21st to 18th thanks to their second place finish at the FIH Series Finals tournament in Valencia.
