Duties/essential functions may include, but not be limited to, the following:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting in all aspects of field hockey program including:
- Monitoring of student-athletic academic progress.
- Scouting.
- Practice and game coaching.
- Travel coordination.
- Recruitment of quality student-athletes.
Ensure compliance with NCAA, Mid-American Conference, University, and Intercollegiate Athletics rules and regulations.
Work compatibly and cooperatively with staff and personnel in Intercollegiate Athletics.
May supervise students and/or provide functional guidance of support staff or other employees who work on a project or assignment on a temporary or intermittent basis.
Bachelor’s degree and two to three years experience coaching field hockey. Or a combination of education and coaching experience equivalent to a total of seven years as a minimum. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal skills.
