Robbert Kemperman and Valentin Verga will skip the FIH Pro League. Both experienced players will be participating at the Malaysian league in January and February.
National coach Max Caldas informed the duo that he will not use their services in the Pro League and decided to leave them out of the 32-strong selection for the entire Pro League.
“Because of their participation in the Malaysian competition, Kemperman and Verga will not join us for the FIH Pro League.” said Head Coach Max Caldas.
Caldas is currently preparing players for the FIH Pro League. They are currently in Mannheim for a training camp from 9 to 13 January.
The Netherlands will play the first game in the Pro League on 27 January against New Zealand.
