Checkout Japan’s 18-member Men’s Hockey squad who will take part in the 28th edition of the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup in Ipoh, Malaysia, starting March 23rd 2019.
The experienced Manabu Yamashita who has 168 caps under his belt will lead the team. Japan last attended the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup in 2017 and are excited to return to one of the world’s most prestigious hockey events!
Watch out for 21 year old Ryosei Kato who will be making his senior debut appearance, as Japan open their Sultan Azlan Shah Cup Campaign against World No.5 India.
